
We created this program as many people with disabilities are unable to attend traditional Faith enrichment programs. We solved this problem with Faith Journey,
we have susequetly expanded the progtam to include Sacramental preparatory (for First Reconciliation and Eucharist) and a "catechism" program.

We realized many people with disabilities are unable to secure meaningful employment while many businesses suffer from a lack of taletn. As a reult, we created the Three Talents Bridge acadeny program wjocj enables employment of people with disabilities through our unique train to hire approach.

We realized many people with disabilities are unable to atted high quality private schools. As a result, we create two
scholarship programs: one in the Archeiocese of Detroit (St. Andrew Scholars), and one outside the Archdiocese of Detroit (Omnes Grati Scholarships).
These scholarship programs provide young people with disabilities the opportunity to attend the best, inclusive programs which changes their life.

We realized there was alot of opportunity to help the Archdiocese of Detroit better includ people with disabilities. As a resutl, we help develop and lead the Disabilities Ministry Leaderhip Council for the AOD.
